Good Day! I’m Kellie Case, and I look forward to helping you and your family with your real estate needs! Keller Williams Clients’ Choice Realty’s Woodland Park office offers well over 30 years of combined experience in the Colorado real estate market, where I am part of a great company you can trust to handle the most delicate real estate transactions. I am experienced, honest, and committed to my clients with professionalism and vast knowledge of the area market. As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Guild Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, I specialize in luxury home sales in addition to residential homes, ranch properties, vacation homes, and land sales in Teller, El Paso, and Park counties.

 

My past business experience has allowed me to assist a range of clients with their real estate needs. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, and I served the community as Finance Director/Treasurer of the City of Woodland Park for 17 years. My education and experience allow me to properly manage a real estate transaction. I pride myself on my ability to meet and exceed my clients’ needs and expectations. From executive mountain homes to golf course properties and ranches to bed and breakfasts, not to mention luxury and residential homes, I know what it takes to get the job done!

 

When I’m not busy helping my clients find the home of their dreams, sell their existing house or invest in real estate, you can find me volunteering in the following capacities: Mayor Pro-Tem of Woodland Park, Woodland Park Chamber of Commerce, Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments Board, and President of the Ute Pass Symphony Guild Board of Director (July 5 Symphony Above the Clouds Admission-Free Concert). I have one adult daughter, Taraleah, two dogs, Lily and Maizey, and one unusual kitty cat, Chloe.
